I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, especially given my previous affinity for the Summit Group. The location is decent for shopping, but the rooms left much to be desired and the service was lacking. I struggled with issues like a dingy room, unresponsive staff, and inadequate dining options, all of which made for a frustrating stay.
